DANIEL DIAMOND LIVE APP DOWNLOAD GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
The Daniel Diamond Live App Download Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, representatives, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of Daniel Diamond, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Official Rules
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Daniel Diamond, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on 7/22/26 at 12:00:00 AM Central Time and will end when the Daniel Diamond Live App reaches one thousand (1,000) total downloads, unless otherwise modified, suspended, or terminated by Daniel Diamond.
Daniel Diamond’s records will determine the official app download count and the closing of the Giveaway Period.
4. How to Enter
Eligible participants may enter the Giveaway by completing one of the following methods:
App Entry Method:
Download the Daniel Diamond Live mobile application through the applicable app marketplace and complete the required registration process, including submitting a valid email address. Upon completion, eligible participants will receive one (1) entry into the Giveaway.
For purposes of this Giveaway, an app download is defined as a completed download of the Daniel Diamond Live mobile application through the applicable app marketplace. Daniel Diamond’s records will determine the official download count.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):
No purchase or app download is required to enter or win. Eligible participants may enter without downloading the app by mailing a handwritten entry on a plain piece of paper including their full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the words “Daniel Diamond Live App Download Giveaway Entry” to:

Mail-in entries must be received before the Daniel Diamond Live App reaches one thousand (1,000) total downloads. Each person is limited to one (1) entry.
All eligible entries received through the App Entry Method and the Alternative Method of Entry will be combined into the same random drawing pool and will have an equal chance of winning. No method of entry provides an advantage over another.
Any incomplete, inaccurate, late, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified at Daniel Diamond’s sole discretion.
5. Prize
When the Daniel Diamond Live App reaches one thousand (1,000) total downloads, three (3) winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive one (1) $300 Daniel Diamond Live App Gift Card. Redeemable exclusively for purchases made through the Daniel Diamond Live App.
Prize details and availability are determined solely by Daniel Diamond. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted except at Daniel Diamond’s discretion.
Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Odds of Winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Three (3) potential winners will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Daniel Diamond from all eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within five (5) days following the drawing.
Winners must respond within three (3) days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
8. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, winners grant Daniel Diamond permission to use their name, likeness, photograph, voice, and/or announcement of winning for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. General Conditions
Daniel Diamond reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond Daniel Diamond’s control affect the integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Giveaway.
Daniel Diamond reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, uses fraudulent methods, or attempts to interfere with the proper administration of the Giveaway.
Daniel Diamond is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or otherwise invalid entries, technical failures, network issues, or other errors that may prevent participation.
If the Daniel Diamond Live App does not reach one thousand (1,000) total downloads, Daniel Diamond reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway. In the event of termination, Daniel Diamond may select winners from all eligible entries received prior to the termination date.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Daniel Diamond, its affiliates, employees, representatives, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
11. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Daniel Diamond’s Privacy Policy, available HERE.
12. Sponsor
The sponsor of this Giveaway is Daniel Diamond. The Giveaway is promoted through the Daniel Diamond Live mobile application (“Daniel Diamond Live App”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or any other third-party platform.
