The Vintage Collection is created using up-cycled vintage pieces, hand-selected by our designers. Daniel and Lani then pair our premium grade rhinestone fringe with coordinating fabric washes to create jackets that are always unique to the next. The jackets are constructed by hand in Los Angeles. You have seen these styles on the likes of Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Diplo and more.

The Nashville Collection was created to bring you a more affordable option from our line. These jackets are produced in larger quantities with lower grade materials, by machine and hand, overseas. This collection always sells out quickly, so we encourage you to secure your size as soon as possible.

"Styled by Daniel Diamond" is a revolving collection of our designers’ favorite styling pieces from across the fashion industry that we love to pair with our signature Daniel Diamond creations.

Our team is only able to fringe pieces that are sourced internally. Contact us so we can help you find your perfect jacket!

We currently do not offer children’s sizes online. We typically stock limited quantities of children’s items in The Vintage Collection, available in our Nashville store. Please text 615.619.2863, so we can share what we currently have available.

SIZING

There is a SIZE CHART and a notes section titled SIZE AND FIT on the product page for your reference. We recommend measuring an item you already own and love, to compare to our measurements for a perfect fit.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please try on boots on an indoor carpeted surface. All unworn boots are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us to request a return at contact@danielxdiamond.com.

We will provide a return address for all purchases made online. You are responsible entirely for return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after returned boots are inspected by our office for signs of wear and tear. The Daniel Diamond team will use their discretion to determine eligibility and have the right to refuse returns that have been worn.

Due to the nature of our products, we require a 20% restocking fee on these returns. You will receive 80% of your purchase price back on the original form of payment.

CARE

In order to keep the hardware and rhinestones on your jacket perfect, please avoid any contact with furniture or other miscellaneous items that may pull at the fringe (example: wicker furniture, fuzzy sweaters, blowdryers in suitcases etc). We always recommend traveling with your jacket in the plastic package with which it was received.

Please reference the care label sewn into your item. Spot cleaning by a dry cleaner is always the best method on our denim jackets and vintage tshirts. Please note that having a dry cleaner process your item through a dry-cleaning machine will permanently damage the hardware and rhinestones.

Please find the spare parts attached to your care label. A local jeweler or tailor will be able to make the repair for you with the provided materials.

Our hats are embellished with the highest strength fabric glue on the market. To avoid losing a rhinestone, please only remove your hat by holding it from the top, not the sides.

Should you lose a rhinestone, a repair kit is included in every hat bag. The black crayon is used to apply the loose rhinestone. Also included with your hat you will receive adhesive foam hat sizers, glue and extra rhinestones.

PRE-ORDERS

A pre-order offers you the ability to gain first access to our most popular items. Pre-ordering from Daniel Diamond means that a collection is still in production at the time of your purchase and not immediately available for dispatch. The delivery period for pre-orders is listed on the individual product page.

Once pre-orders are available for dispatch, your order will be shipped from Nashville within five days. The delivery period for pre-orders is listed on each individual product page.

If you placed an order containing a pre-order item, it will be delivered separately from your other items.

The manufacturing process involves multiple production, processing, quality control, and shipping steps. While the flow of the production sequence is linear, things happen that can delay production timelines.

Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled after they are made, yet before they ship. If you change your mind about your pre-order within the given time period, please contact our customer support team to cancel at contact@danielxdiamond.com.

Yes. Should you need to change the shipping address between the order date and ship date, please contact our customer support team at contact@danielxdiamond.com.

The address must be updated before your shipping date, as modifications cannot be applied after the package has been dispatched. If the new shipping address has higher shipping fees we will send an invoice for the additional shipping cost.

Of course! However, we produce pre-orders in limited quantities and cannot guarantee that your size or color will be available at that time. Any pre-order promos will also not be eligible once the items are in stock.
