What is a pre-order?

The ability to gain first access to our most popular items before they are released to the public. Preordering from Daniel Diamond means that a collection is still in production at the time of your pre-order and not immediately available for dispatch. The delivery period for the Fall 2024 Nashville Collection pre-order will be at the end of summer.

How long will it take to ship out my pre-order? 

Once this collection is available for dispatch, your order will be shipped from Nashville within five days. 

Please keep in mind that if you placed an order containing a pre-order item, it will be delivered separately from your other items. 

What if a delay occurs? 

The manufacturing process involves multiple production, processing, quality control, and shipping steps. While the flow of the production sequence is linear, things can happen that can delay production timelines. In the unlikely event of a delay, our customer support will get in contact with you directly to offer updates and confirm interest. 

Can I cancel a pre-order? 

Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled after they are made, yet before they ship. If you change your mind about your pre-order within the given time period, please contact our customer support team to cancel at 

Can I change my shipping address? 

Yes. Should you happen to move between the order date and ship date, please contact our customer support team to change your order address at The address must be updated before your shipping date, as modifications cannot be applied after the package has been dispatched. If the new shipping address has higher shipping fees we will send an invoice for the added shipping cost. 

Do you offer anything besides ground shipping for the pre-order? 


Will the new Nashville Collection use the same sizing as before? 


What happens if I do not pre-order, and I wait to purchase until the collection is released? 

Only a limited batch of jackets will be produced outside of the assigned pre-orders, so we cannot guarantee that your size or color will be available at that time. You will also not be eligible to receive a complimentary lasso necklace with your purchase. 

Why are Billy, Blake, and Bobbie not included in the re-release? 

Unfortunately, we are not producing white denim at this time. 

How do I wash my Nashville Collection jacket? 

We recommend having a professional dry cleaner spot clean your jacket to avoid damage to the fringe. 

Are these jackets made by hand? 

Yes. These jackets are made by a combination of hand and machine. Each jacket has its own personality, as the details are that of hand-construction. 

I am not sure which size to purchase. Please help! 

Please reference the size chart on the product page. We recommend measuring a jean jacket you already own and love to compare to our measurements for a perfect fit. 

Statistically, our most popular size has been a size 3 as it tends to apply to a variety of clients varying from heights 5’2-5’11.

Can I return or exchange my purchase after I receive it? 

The terms associated with returns and exchanges for preorders are the same as regular orders. You have 10 days from the date of delivery to make your request. You can exchange for another size or product one time. 

Due to the nature of our products, we require a 20% restocking fee on any Nashville Collection returns. You will receive 80% of your purchase price back to the original form of payment. 

Upon approval, we will provide a return address for all purchases made online. You are responsible entirely for the return shipping costs. 

Can I return or exchange my purchase in person at the Nashville store? 

Yes. The same rules apply.


What is the difference between The Nashville Collection and The Vintage Collection?

The Vintage Collection is created using up-cycled vintage pieces, hand-selected by our designers. Daniel and Lani then pair our premium grade rhinestone fringe with coordinating fabric washes to create jackets that are truly unique to the next. The jackets are constructed by hand in Los Angeles. You have seen these styles on the likes of Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Diplo and more.

The Nashville Collection was created to bring you a more affordable option from our line. These jackets are produced in larger quantities with lower grade materials, by machine and hand, overseas.


"Styled by Daniel Diamond" is a revolving collection of our designers’ favorite styling pieces from across the fashion industry that we love to pair with our signature Daniel Diamond creations.


How do I care for my rhinestone fringe jacket? 

In order to keep the hardware and rhinestones on your jacket perfect, please avoid any contact with furniture or other miscellaneous items that may pull at the fringe (example: wicker furniture, fuzzy sweaters, blowdryers in suitcases etc). We always recommend traveling with your jacket in the package with which it was received. 

How do I repair my rhinestone fringe jacket?

Please find the spare parts attached to your care label. A local jeweler or tailor will be able to make the repair for you with the provided materials.

How do I clean my jacket?

Please reference the care label sewn into your jacket. Spot cleaning by a dry cleaner is always the best method on our denim products. Please note that having a dry cleaner process your jacket through a dry-cleaning machine will permanently damage the hardware and rhinestones. 

How do I care for my rhinestone fringe vintage tshirt? 

Spot cleaning by a dry cleaner is always the best method. Please note that having a dry cleaner process your tshirt through a dry-cleaning machine will permanently damage the hardware and rhinestones.

How do I care for my hat? 

Our hats are embellished with the highest strength fabric glue on the market. To avoid losing a rhinestone, please only remove your hat by holding it from the top, not the sides. Should you lose a rhinestone, a repair kit is included in every hat bag. The black crayon is used to apply the loose rhinestone.


What size in The Nashville Collection should I choose for my body type?

How do I determine sizing for a rhinestone cowboy hat?

If you don't know your cowboy hat size, we recommend visiting a local western wear store to find the perfect fit, as we use universal cowboy hat sizing.


Do you have boots available at your Nashville store?

The boots run true to size.

What is the return policy for boots?

All boots are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of purchase. Please try on the shoes on an indoor carpeted surface. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the shoe shows any sign of wear and tear. The Daniel Diamond team will use their discretion to determine eligibility and have the right to refuse returns if items don't meet these terms.

What if my size is sold out?

Please check or sign up for the restock email alerts, so you are the first to find out when we receive a new shipment.

Can I return a purchase from an outside retailer to the Daniel Diamond Nashville store?

No. All returns for a refund must be made to the original retailer.

Can I exchange a purchase from an outside retailer to the Daniel Diamond Nashville store for another item?

Exchanges may be made at the discretion of our team.

Can you fringe my jacket for me?

No. Our team is only able to fringe vintage jackets that are sourced internally. 

Are children’s jackets available?

We currently do not offer children’s sizes in The Nashville Collection. We have limited quantities of children’s items in our Vintage Collection, available in our showroom.


Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? 

You may change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us through our website to confirm changes. 

Can I change my sizing selection after I have placed my order?

You may change your size as long as your order has not been shipped. Size availably is often limited.
