FOOTWEAR

  • Do you have footwear available to try in your Nashville store?

Yes, starting in December

  • How does the sizing run? 

The shoes and boots run true to size.

  • What is the return policy for shoes?

All footwear is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please try on the shoes on an indoor carpeted surface. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the shoe shows any sign of wear and tare. The DanielXDiamond team will use their discretion to determine eligibility and have the right to refuse returns if items don't meet these terms.

  • What if my size is sold out?

Please sign up for the restock email alerts so you are the first to find out when we receive a new shipment.

  • Can I return a purchase from an outside retailer to the DanielXDiamond Nashville store?

No. All returns for a refund must be made to the original retailer.

  • Can I exchange a purchase from an outside retailer to the DanielXDiamond Nashville store for another item?

Yes. We will accept returns in the form of an exchange to our retail store in person or virtually.

  • How can I repair damages to my rhinestone boots?

If your fringe detaches from your boots, a shoe repair or jewelry repair will be able to reattach it for you.

GENERAL

  • What is the difference between The Nashville Collection and The Vintage Collection?

The Vintage Collection is created using up-cycled vintage pieces, hand-selected by our designers. Daniel and Lani then pair our premium grade rhinestone fringe with coordinating fabric washes to create jackets that are truly unique to the next. The jackets are constructed by hand in Los Angeles. You have seen these styles on the likes of Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Diplo and more.

The Nashville Collection was created to bring you a more affordable option from our line. These jackets are produced in larger quantities with lower grade materials, by machine and hand, overseas. 

 

SHIPPING

  • Can I receive my order for The Nashville Collection earlier than the shipping date noted on the website?

If you require expedited shipping, please contact us through the website to confirm that your item/s will be available to fit your timeline. The Vintage Collection, which is one of a kind, ships within 48 hours of payment received. 

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? 

You may change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us through our website to confirm changes. 

  • Can I change my sizing selection after I have placed my order?

You may change your sizing up to 24 hours after your order. Size availability is often limited.

If your address is coming us as "can't be delivered" please email us through our contact page.  

SIZING

  • What size should I choose for my body type?

Please refer to the sizing chart on the website.

  • How do I determine sizing for a rhinestone cowboy hat?

If you don't know your cowboy hat size, we recommend visiting a local western wear store to find the perfect fit, as we use universal cowboy hat sizing.

CUSTOMIZATION

  • Do you offer embroidery for The Nashville Collection jackets?

We don’t currently customize The Nashville Collection pieces. If this changes, we will make the announcement on social media. 

  • Do you offer embroidery for your vintage collection?

Yes. Please submit your request on the CUSTOM ORDERS page of our website with a description and/or photos of your desired customization.

  • Can you fringe my jacket for me?

No. Our team is only able to fringe vintage jackets that are sourced internally. 

  • Are children’s jackets available?

We currently do not offer children’s sizes in The Nashville Collection. We have limited quantities of children’s items in our The Vintage Collection, available in our showroom and online.

 

CARE

  • How do I care for my hat? 

Our hats are embellished with the highest strength fabric glue on the market. To avoid losing a rhinestone please only remove your hat by holding it from the top, not the sides. Should you lose a rhinestone, a repair kit is included in every hat bag. 

  • How do I care for my rhinestone fringe jacket? 

In order to keep the hardware and rhinestones on your jacket perfect, please avoid any contact with furniture or other miscellaneous items that may pull at the fringe (example: wicker furniture, fuzzy sweaters, blowdryers in suitcases etc). We always recommend traveling with your jacket in the bag or box with which it was received. 

    • How do I repair my rhinestone fringe jacket?

      Please find the spare parts attached to your care label. A local jeweler will be able to make the repair for you with the provided materials.

  • How do I clean my jacket?

Please reference the care label sewn into your jacket. Spot cleaning by a dry cleaner is always the best method on our denim products. Please note that putting your jacket through a dry-cleaning machine will permanently damage the hardware and rhinestones. 

  • How do I care for my vintage tee? 

Although our rhinestone settings are  industrial strength and usually survive a washing machine cycle, we always recommend using a dry cleaner to be safe.
