  • Can I receive my order for The Nashville Collection earlier than the shipping date noted on the website?

Due to pandemic related factory delays, our shipping dates for The Nashville Collection jackets are firm. The Vintage Collection which is one of a kind starts at $1200 and ships within 48 hours of payment received. 

  • Can I expedite the shipping date of the Nashville collection?

No. All jackets are made to order and production timelines are firm. 

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? 

You may change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. 

  • Can I change my sizing selection after I have placed my order?

You may change your sizing up to 24 hours after your order.


  • How do I determine sizing for the Shania hat?

If you don't know your cowboy hat size, we recommend visiting a local western wear store to find the perfect fit, as we use universal cowboy hat sizing. Use the dropdown menu on the product page to reference available sizes.

  • What size should I choose for my frame?

Please refer to the sizing chart. A video will be coming soon. Stay tuned.


  • What is the difference between The Nashville Collection and The Vintage Collection?

The vintage collection is created using up-cycled vintage jackets, hand curated and picked by our designers. Daniel and Lani then collaborate to create one of a kind fringe color combinations and washes to make a jacket that truly cannot be replicated. No one of our vintage jackets will ever be the same! You have seen these styles on the likes of Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Diplo and more!  

Our Nashville Collection is our more affordable but just as fabulous jacket. The Nashville Collection was curated to bring you a more affordable option to wear DXD. These jackets are produced in larger quantities, they will come exactly as seen on site. 

  • Do you offer embroidery for The Nashville Collection jackets (The Andy, The Billy, The Dylan)?

We don’t currently customize The Nashville Collection pieces. If this changes, we will make the announcement on social media. 

  • Do you offer embroidery for your vintage collection?

Yes. Please submit your request on the CUSTOM ORDERS page of our website with a description and/or photos of your desired customization.

  • Can you fringe my jacket for me?

No. Our team is only able to fringe vintage jackets that are sourced internally. 

  • Are children’s jackets available?

We currently do not offer children’s sizes in The Nashville Collection. We have limited quantities of children’s wear in our vintage collection, available in our showroom.


  • How do I care for my hat? 

Our hats are embellished with the highest strength fabric glue. To avoid losing a rhinestone please only remove your hat by holding it from the top, not the sides. Should you lose a rhinestone a repair kit is included in every hat bag. 

  • How do I care for my rhinestone fringe jacket? 

In order to keep the hardware and rhinestones on your jacket perfect, please avoid any contact with furniture and other miscellaneous items that may pull at the fringe (for example; wicker furniture, fuzzy sweaters, flatirons in suitcases etc). We always recommend traveling with your jacket in the bag or box which it was received. 

    • How do I repair my rhinestone fringe jacket?

    • Please find the spare parts attached to your care label. Any local jeweler will be able to make the repair for you with the provided materials.

  • How do I clean my jacket?

Please reference the care label sewn into your jacket. Spot cleaning by a dry cleaner is always the best method on our denim products. Please note that putting your jacket through a dry-cleaning machine will permanently damage the hardware and rhinestones. 

  • How do I care for my vintage tee? 

Although our rhinestone settings that are used on our repurposed vintage tee shirt are industrial strength and can usually survive a washing machine, we always recommend using a dry cleaner to be safe.
