FOOTWEAR

  • How does the sizing run? 

The shoes and boots run true to size.

  • What is the return policy for shoes?

All footwear is eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of purchase. Please try on the shoes on an indoor carpeted surface. Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the shoe shows any sign of wear and tare. The DanielXDiamond team will use their discretion to determine eligibility and have the right to refuse returns if items don't meet these terms.

  • What if my size is sold out?

Please sign up for the restock email alerts so you are the first to find out when we receive a new shipment.

  • Can I return a purchase from an outside retailer to the DanielXDiamond Nashville store?

No. All returns for a refund must be made to the original retailer.

  • Can I exchange a purchase from an outside retailer to the DanielXDiamond Nashville store for another item?

Yes. We will accept returns in the form of an exchange to our retail store in person or virtually.

 

 GENERAL

  • What is the difference between The Nashville Collection and The Vintage Collection?

The Vintage Collection is created using up-cycled vintage pieces, hand-selected by our designers. Daniel and Lani then pair our premium grade rhinestone fringe with coordinating fabric washes to create jackets that are truly unique to the next. The jackets are constructed by hand in Los Angeles. You have seen these styles on the likes of Carrie Underwood, Gwen Stefani, Diplo and more.

The Nashville Collection was created to bring you a more affordable option from our line. These jackets are produced in larger quantities with lower grade materials, by machine and hand, overseas. 

Shipping: 

  • Can I receive my order for The Nashville Collection earlier than the shipping date noted on the website?

No. These jackets are made to order and will arrive first by boat, then by plane, and then by car when they are ultimately delivered directly to you. These shipping-related time periods are firm. If your order ships earlier than expected, you will receive an email confirmation stating that it has been shipped.

  • Can I expedite the shipping date of the Nashville collection?

No. All jackets are made to order and production timelines are firm. 

  • Can I change my shipping address after I place an order? 

You may change your shipping address as long as your order has not yet been shipped. 

  • Can I change my sizing selection after I have placed my order?

You may change your sizing up to 24 hours after your order.

Sizing: 

  • How do I determine sizing for the Shania hat?

If you don't know your cowboy hat size, we recommend visiting a local western wear store to find the perfect fit, as we use universal cowboy hat sizing. Use the dropdown menu on the product page to reference available sizes.

  • What size should I choose for my frame?

Please refer to the sizing chart. A video will be coming soon. Stay tuned.

CUSTOM ORDERS

  • What types of custom requests can be made?
We only allow for custom orders within the categories of our products. For example, if you are seeking gold fringe on a black jacket, but you do not see one currently in stock. You can reach out to make a request for a future order. Should you want a Shania Hat made from pink crystals, this would also require a custom order request.
 
  • If I am a stylist working with a celebrity, can I order custom stage wear?
Yes. Please reach out and we will set up a call with our designers to chat creatively. From there, we will send you a budget proposal outlining the possibilities within our categories.
